TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Limited number of rooms has been blocked at each hotel on these special tariffs and, is available on first-come-first served basis.
  • Complete Payment for the room reservation to be paid in advance at the time of booking the accommodation.
  • Standard check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hrs.
  • Early check-in or late check-out shall be subject to concerned hotel’s policy in this matter. The policy may be different from hotel to hotel.
  • Neither the BIOTECH 2024 conference organizers nor MEC9 are responsible for quality of accommodation & other services provided by the respective hotels. If any dispute arises with the hotels must be settled directly.

CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY

Cancellations received between 1st July to 1st August 2024 50 percent cancellation charges
Cancellations received between 1st August to 15th September 2024 75 percent cancellation charges
Cancellations received after 15th September 2024 100 percent cancellation charges

Any amendments in terms of change of dates, reduction in number of persons or rooms will be treated as cancellations & amended requests will be subject to availability of facilities. Inability of MEC-9 to provide services as per amendments will not dilute its right to levy cancellation charges.
